Very friendly and helpful staff, they have a pretty well stocked gym. You can even have a treadmill delivered to your room as well as a ""Get Fit Kit"". Take great care in accomodating travelers...breakfast was delivered to my room as requested on the card; no one ever disturbed me...they just knocked and left it there. If you're a Starwood member, you receive 2 complimentary beverages and have the option to select USA Today or Wall Street Journal. Restaurant in hotel has a minimal selection, but bar is lovely. Hotel is located in business district and there aren't food options in the immediate vicinity but if you walk a bit, you'll find what you're looking for.
