I had been going dramatics for 4 years to one person. I never had a problem until her personal life started to interfer with my time. She would leave me longer than she should would product in my hair because she's on her cell phone. The hairstylist gossip about one another in front of clients, which is just unprofessional. But it just got worst after I asked for a full head of highlights. I have black hair and I wasn't expecting to be blonde. What I wanted was a warm carmel/golden color. Like Eva mendes, jessica alba... she told me she would lift me hair slowly so my hair won't get to fried. 1st go at it was OK. my hair was a little fried because she lifted it lighter than what i wanted that she had to reapply a semi-perm color gloss to drop the color from being too light. i had to get my base lighten, she actually made my color auburn brown. =/
