My partner and I always come in to kick-off the cocktail hour here. David, the batender, pours one of the best ""Texas-Rita's"" on the early cocktail scene. This is the place where we met thirteen years ago, when it was called ""Scandal's"". We still see regular's here, we met back in the day. Friendly casual crowd and atmosphere. And David, The Owner, is still a character. Along with The Oscar's, Burkhart's--Ansley Square is one stop shopping! Love it!
