I placed an order online for delivery. I waited for 30 minutes and never received a confirmation email. So I called them to ask them to make sure they had my order. I spoke with a man who asked me for my address and he placed me on hold. He came back and informed me that the delivery driver had just left. I waited another 45 minutes and then called them again. I spoke with a woman this time, she told me that their internet ordering system was messed up and they never received my order. I told her that I called earlier and was told that it was on its way and now you are telling me that you never received it. She said that she did not know who I spoke with and that they do not have my order. She never tried to offer a solution or to take responsibility for their mistake. I will NEVER order out or dine in with them again. Their customer service was awful!!! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone
