This is a great resturant - and yes they do try to get you in-&-out and, yes, you may have to send back a plate that is under cooked & they can get slammed just like anyplace. And I would not recommend it for cocktails - if you want to get blitzed - go somewhere eles. But the food is good - great steaks & really good escargot, generous portions and I would say it is one of the best resturatns in Orlando.
