I didn't even want service after I talked to the lady. When she called, I was on the line because I could hear someone talking and eating but she never addressed me until I was about to hang up...that's after a couple minutes listening to her talk to another person. When we talked, she was unprofessional and unknowledgable of her own field. She also quickly quoted me a price that was outrageous for the services she was going to provide. I've called Orkin and Terminex, and they both provided me better offers (better service for less money). I would go with the professional companies over this one any day.
