I applied for an apartment, was denied, and was not given a reason why. When I turned in the application, I was told that Lido would call with an explaination if I was denied. Two weeks, and over ten phone calls and messages later, I still have not recieved a response. I have since applied for a much nicer apartment and was approved almost immediately. Lido is very porrly managed! I should have at least been able to get a reason why my application was denied.
Cons: Not only do they not return phone calls, you can never speak with anyone but the receptionist who has no knowlege about anything regarding their business.
