I have been taking my car to Bradan Automotive now for about one year and have yet to leave without being impressed. About four months ago, I took my car to their shop thinking that I needed a new transmission, which would have cost me some serious cash. I left my car at their shop and gave Dan my cell phone to call me when he had diagnosed the problem. Instead of just telling me that yep, I needed a new transmission, he found out that there was just a few simple repairs that needed to be made that didn't cost much at all. This has been my experience with Bradan; they let you know truthfully what is wrong with your car, and then fix it.
I used to be scared of being ripped off by mechanics because, lets face it, if they told me I needed a new rotator plug for my muffler belt, I just might believe it because I don't know a thing about cars. Now, when something goes wrong with my car, I know where to go without the anxiety associated with the unknown. They let me know what they are doing and why, and I know that I can trust what they say. THANKS BRADAN!!!
