While on vacation in Miami Fl I was treated like I was an intruder in a forgien country.
I was shopping Mothers Day with my Niece,while at the jewel counter the clerk rudely yelled at me in Spanish. I dont understand spanish I understand rudeness. I have know idea what she said! I was very embarrased.. I was interested in some of the items in the case. She said this is Miami learn Spanish! OMG had my niece not been with me I would have lost it.
I will not be vacationing in Miami again.. I was treated better in Mexico where Spanish is the first language.. I thought Miami Fl was still part of the USA , but I guess not.
If English is your first and only language stay away from this store..
I will not shop at a ross store again soon.
