I made a reservation for a mani right before I was supposed to go to a wedding. I arrived 10 min. late, which I hate because I don't like to keep people waiting. When I arrived there was only one other customer there and 2 staff (who were both working on her). I said I had an appointment and right off the bat one of the woman said that I was late and would have to wait. She wouldn't even give me an exact time, when pressed she said anywhere from 20-30 min.! Yes I was late, and I knew I would wait, but to be received with such an ""I could care less about helping you"" attitude, that I walked out the door and to the nearest salon. I was seated instantly and treated with courtesy. What a big letdown for a place that looked so charming...on the outside.
