I am a resident of Corpus Christi and have eaten at many of the fine restaurants in our sparkling city. Blackbeards is by far the best seafood in town. I know that they serve mexican food but I'm not sure why someone would order it when you are in a fine seafood restaurant. Generally, unless you go to an authentic mexican restaurant (which we also have many of) you are going to get canned salsa, plain and simple! If you want great seafood, friendly staff and a loose beach atmosphere Blackbeards is for you! (PS. I always cut my enchiladas with a knife, regardless....)
