This club can be fun. The food and music pulls back each time. However it lacks consistency in staff demeanor. Wait staff seems to loose track of their assigned zones. The restaurant seems to perform somewhat well. We have experienced on several occasions a request to pay upfront or secure a signed receipt in advance. Not a problem...however, this policy doesn't seem to be routine. It changes each time we visit. Management needs to review this business practice. It kind of makes the bar look risky to enjoy. Recommendation: If the wait staff is rotated through the evening I would suggest labeling the tables with a bright color code scheme (Not numbered but color coded). Note: This has happened on more than one occasion--the wait staff seems to ""fail"" in recognizing their assigned areas. Communicating with their fellow co-workers might improve request for customer service. Pros: Food , Music, Fun Cons: Poor Wait Staff, ?Business Practice, Customer Friendly? more
