I can't believe how disappointed I am with having wasted my time making an appointment at this salon. I cannot review the actual hair cut and color service, however I can let readers (who value their time) know that the salon does not practice professionalism or timeliness. I had made an appointment for 6:00. When I walked in, there were two women at the front desk. One asked that I have a seat and wait. Neither so much looked up in my direction to acknowledge my presence. After waiting for 15 minutes and not being told that my hair dresser was running late, I left. In over 10 years of having my hair done at various salons in several different cities, I have never waited more than 5 minutes.
Ladies, if you have little time to spend waiting and expect friendly service, please make an appointment at another salon.
