My Husband recently bought me a gift certificate to get a ""day of pampering"" from Ponca City Beauty College. Not a place I would pick. But I thought I would give it a try. So I setup a appointment for Saturday afternoon. It has snowed and all that friday night, so Saturday I called to make sure they was open and I could keep my appointment. So I took my sister-in-law, and my neice with me. Well when I got there the lady ask what I needed and I told her. Boy she was rude, and rolled her eyes and made some comment that wasn't very nice to a new customer, so it upset me. So I left. I'm gonna attempt to get a refund on the gift certificate.
