Okay, so I'm half Peruvian and very much into the Peruvian cuisine. I eat at other restaurants in NYC like Flor de Mayo and Lima's Taste, however, this one outdoes them all!! I ate there this week during the Grand Opening and met the owner who is very involved with his restaurant (which I might add is the first Pardo's in the United States, it's a chain in Peru). The pollo a la brasa is the best quality chicken and amazingly seasoned I've had in NYC!
Pros: Ambience is fantastic, service is great
Cons: Not too many Entrees, but that will change I'm sure as the time goes on.
