I recently went to the Blossom Shop to speak with them about flowers for my upcoming wedding. In conversation with them, they displayed poor customer service skills, were unfriendly, and seemed indifferent to getting my business. They said they charge $50 for a "consultation" and wouldn't talk with me about anything before I paid that fee. I was unable to get a ballpark price range from them without paying the fee even though I already knew exactly what I wanted. I will definitely not be using them for my wedding. more
