I totally agree with the others on this board about what a terrible spa this is. I went there with 2 friends and we all organized a day of beauty for ourselves (mani/pedi, facial, massage, hair). One would think that the staff would appreciate the amount of time and money we were spending at this place. In a word, awful. The manicurist and pedicurist did not even speak to me, not even polite small talk. They talked to each other and ignored us. The front desk staff never smiled and had an obvious terrible attitude. We felt completely uncomfortable for the several hours we spent there. And, they could barely accommodate our services, although we had made appropriate appointments. We spent a lot of time waiting in between services, and it was not even busy!! I am not just disappointed with this place, I am downright mad that I wasted my time and money on such an unprofessional establishment. Please, stay away.
