We had gutters installed but they never replaced rotted facia board, as they said they would in their estimate and agreement. After having called FOUR times with no response to my calls I FINALLY spoke with a manager who said I must be mistaken, there must not be rotted. Yet the person who assessed the house said there was rott and that's why he gave us a price to fix it. And there are visible holes in the facia. The manager said he would send someone out to look at it but he said ""they were very busy."" And he had no reason or apology as to why my 4 calls were never returned. We of course have heard nothing back from them and that was a month ago. We'll keep trying, but don't go through this, go somewhere else!!!!
