I'm female, widowed. They really took advantage of me, low trade in on a van with 24,000 miles, switched the car I wanted, finance guy said I had 48 hours to return the car but kept me talking so that I signed a waver of that right and I wouldn't have because I was concerned about how my back would hold up in the car. When I tried to return the car, they were rude. I lost it and the manager hung up on me.
