OK, it has crummy ambience. But, the stuff on the buffet is always hot and fresh. It's popular because it's downtown and you can't beat the price. There might be an occasional crazy homeless person, but isn't that true about almost every restaurant within a six-block radius of Burnside? I particularly like their General Tso's chicken and their Hot & Sour soup. Give it a try!
