Definitely one of the most *spirited* upscale dining experiences you'll encounter, but if you know that ahead of time, just go and have fun. You'll find that it only takes a few minutes for the ""noise"" to fade into the background and you can just enjoy your party. I would still recommend this for a romantic spot, because the sunset views are gorgeous, but definitely try for a window seat. On the downside, we've never had great service here and yet we return again and again -- that's a testament to the food, which is unbelievably good. Splurge and try the king crab and lobster, though the steaks are delicious too.
