I frequent craft stores all the time and I have to say that Jo Ann's is one of my least favorites in my area. The Jo Ann's in Walla Walla is absolutely horrible. It is dark and dirty looking. Then in the back corner, is where their clearance items are. Everything is just thrown on the shelves and you can't look through it without spilling a bunch of other things onto the floor. The employees are no help whatsoever. A few are friendly, but the majority are a bit rude even. I have been to other Jo Ann's and I know that this store is one of the worst.
PROS: Great sales.
CONS: Dark, dirty, cluttered, messy, not organized, rude associates.
