Oakland Trattoria is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. It is inexpensive, the food is good, and the waitstaff is generally top notch. Seriously, it is worth going there for the focaccia bread that they give you before the meal alone! It is a great place to take a date (good atmosphere) or to go with friends or family.
