I needed a few items to be appraised and it was like pulling teeth to get the guy to do so. He acted as if my item needed to be thousands and thousands more in order to have his time fulfilled correctly. I was not very happy with his attitude. However, I will say that their selection is wonderful, by far the best in the business and their prices cannot be beat. Very helpful if you are unsure as to what to buy or what you are exactly looking for.
