Never again ... I was leaving for a cruise in a few days and wanted to get my hair done before leaving ... I asked for ash blond foil - NO RED or Brassiness, he colored it reddish blond ... I wanted long layers... he apparently thought I would look better with a chunky chopped up do (I wore a hat) and all this for $300+ ... I go to Newbury St in Boston and get a great cut and color for half this price!!! I thought I was interrupting important business ... all they could talk about was an upcoming show and interview models while I waited ... I went to the salon on board ship and had it re-cut for about 1/6 the cost (and it came out GREAT ... though a bit short to correct the mess he left me with)
Cons: overpriced, incompetent, lousy service
