A friend recommended her stylist at this salon. With the exception of the shampoo girl, the staff was unfriendly and curt, and several of the stylists spent my entire appointment cursing a blue streak with a great deal of graphic detail. The stylist I saw was not interested in maintaining my naturally dark hair, and was very insistent that I needed to consider coloring my hair blonde! To emphasize her point, she did my roots two shades lighter than the rest of my hair, which looked absurd. To her credit, she cut my hair well, and was very good about offering education on proper hair conditioning. However, I've never been a blonde, don't want to be a blonde and have no plans to be a blonde. I would not return.
