After calling a number of doggie beauty parlours within my zip code I found the gentleman at Country Club Grooming to be the most friendly as well as polite, professional and accomodating, some of the shops were rude, snobby and very matter-of-fact with clearly with very little customer service experience, certainly not looking for new business, this store is small, quaint and clean and my new puppy looked a treat, in addition I was given a gift of a ceramic bowl for my puppy which made me feel welcomed and appreciated for my choice of grooming shops, great job, hope you get to read this,
