I've been going there for years (at least 8) and I still think it's the best place ever - I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else. Although the prices are a bit higher than what you see as cheap around the Chinatown area, it is worth it. All the stylists are very experienced but just make sure you don't wind up with the new guys (they're usually the younger looking ones, around mid-20's). Make sure you make an appointment though, the place is always packed no matter what time of day it is!
