I dine out at least once a week, and Koji's is still the winner in my book. I only have shabu-shabu when I come here because it's simply unbeatable. You get so many options with each dinner (fresh veggies, 2 kinds of noodles, different dipping sauces, tofu) that every bite can be a unique experience. It's so fun to be able to cook your food just the way you like it (in water, so no oil or fat is added), and their sauces are divine. For a group, they have a great circular room in the back.
