I went to the restaurant in the NE and was so upset with the service. It was very very poor! Our food took almost an hour to get. The waitress didn't even ask if we needed anything. I had to keep getting her attention to give us things and she never gave me what I asked for!!! Our food finally came, she forgot my son's food. She didn't give us sufficient napkins, didn't refill our drink, she disappeared and didn't see her until I got up to pay. She was unpleasant! I just don't understand why the service sucked?!?!?! We were the only ones there!!! I never had a problem the the one in SJ. Pros: can't think of any Cons: parking, enviroment, customer service more
