The employees are very nice but the owner treats everyone like an idiot. If you don't already know what you need, he will belittle you and make you feel like you're wasting his time. So don't waste his time. Shop somewhere else.

Another time my wife needed a dryer vent adapter. The guy at Sunset said ""What size?"" My wife said ""They only come oin one size according to our installer."" Then the owner said ""Well I don't know what size you need.""
