A few friends and I went to Andy's on a Saturday evening. We arrived at 6:20. We received our food at 7:40. It took our waitress half an hour to take our order and close to an hour to get our food. We were not offered chips, pickles, or even free sodas or water. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I understand that this is a busy restaurant on weekend evenings, but we were not even warned about the long wait time. The outdoor chairs were uncomfortable, and our waitress was complete incompetent and inattentive. I will never return to this restaurant, and I advise anyone else against trying it.
