Coldstone offers average ice cream at exaggerated prices. There is definitely a novelty in picking a basic ice cream flavor and choosing add-ins to make your custom creation, but the price tag alone should shock patrons back to reality: it's only average ice cream and the add-ons don't change that fact.
In Summer it's crowded and terribly inefficient.
