The service was wonderful at Kiva. The staff was very polite and friendly. Clients wait in the relax room-- a peaceful, dimlit room with a relaxing atmosphere. My deep tissue massage was amazing, and the masseuse was very attentive to my needs. The overall experience was excellent.
