We had 8:30 reservations on Saturday night for a party of 6. When we showed up we were told that they were running behind and it would be 20 minutes. We had to wait outside in the cold because there were so many other people waiting inside. Another person told me they waited over an hour for their ""reserved"" table. After 20 minutes of waiting, we asked again and were told by the condescending host that he would take care of us. He kept saying ""What can I do? People aren't leaving."" After reading the other reviews I realize this is standard operating practice. We left and went somewhere else. We got the impression that they really DON'T care about the customers.
