I took a beaded vintage sweater here for cleaning and repair 3 weeks ago. When I picked it up four days later, the lining had not been repaired, despite the $30 I paid to that effect. I brought it back the next day and was told they would call me when it was done. Another week and a half went by without a phone call, so I went back to pick it up. It was ""repaired"" this time, but badly. I could have done a better job myself and saved the dough. Poor quality work and zero customer service. F.
