We confirmed a reservation over Christmas a month in advance. Fiesta called us on Dec 19th to ask if we could drop our dog off a day early, and pay an extra day fee. When we indicated this wasn't possible, we were told they didn't want our business and hung up the phone. We called back, and were hung up on again. They cancelled our CONFIRMED reservation and refused to talk afterwards. We were left without a kennel 5 days before Christmas. You can imagine our problem when calling other kennels. Terrible Customer Service. Do not ever do business with this kennel if you want service & committment.
