The Apple Athletic club is the premier work out center in the area. They have an array of exercise equipment and classes (included in the membership). They have a great place to drop off the little ones while you work out. My kids loved going to the Treehouse to play. (extra fee). The best feature for us is the pool. They have a large outside pool and hottub, and two smaller HEATED pools inside. These are so relaxing, just like a bath.
