I read the reviews and do not feel the same about CarMax. It was a no hassle deal and I had such a better experience here than at other major name dealerships. As with any car buying experience, lots of paperwork takes time, but as far as trading my car and purchasing another, I had no problems. I didn't have the car transferred, I picked one from the lot stock.
PROS: Friendly people (not intimidating like other dealerships)
CONS: Paperwork
