I am unfortunate to have one of the VP there managing my properties..The guy is a sweet talker, but work and responsibility are not his cup of tea.
Put-you-down attitude, and slow-to-no responce on every imortant request for repair. The bigger the water leak, the more the guy avoids dealing with it, including calling back.
And surely enough...the pleace is poorly kept, dirty, noisy, unfriendly. The fees go up every year...
My evaluation... One and a half tumb down.
