When I entered the salon the receptionist was very stuck up. In fact I called the morning of to get an appointment. The receptionist told me in a rude way I never called and I diid not have an appointment. I guess I was lying. I never got mad just a little confused. The stylist could take me anyway so I did not know why the receptionist was being like that. Anywa, she gave me hightlights. When I was finished I still had roots and she charged me $75 for the highlights and $50 for a toner. I left with orange colored hightlights and they said that it was golden an it was suppose to be that color. My husband noticed right away that it was really bad color. The next day I went else where to have it fixed. They agreed.
