The management company changed shortly after I moved in, and they are extremely unresponsive. Their answer to ""the pool is dirty"" is ""well don't get in it"". If something is broken, they say ""I'll see if I can get it replaced."" There are cars in the parking lot that are trashed and have expired plates, leaving fewer places for people who actually drive their cars. The management doesn't seem to care about that either. Mainly, the staff is rude and complacent.
