Save your money and eat somewhere else outside of the hotel. Go to the Opry Mills mall and eat someplace in there...although I can't recommend anything in there EITHER. The atrium is beautiful and you can get a nice walk getting lost throughout the vast ""resort"" complex. Christmas time is the only time I visit the hotel, because it's decorated so beautifully and very festive, albeit VERY crowded. A cocktail can cost anywhere from 8.00 and up. Coffee is around 5.00 a cup. If that's ok with you, have at it.
