Love the location and decor of the hotel. Rooms were very nice but don't pay for upgraded view.
Workout room: above average.
Staff seems to view customers as an anoyance. Avoid contact if you want to avoid frustration.
Address is Michigan Ave. but the entrance faces Wacker.
