I don't think they should be called Dumpling Master. It's a great way to attract non-Asians... but i don't think i will be bringing my business back there. I had their potstickers (gwo-tie or woh-teet) and noodles w/ brown sauce (ja jiang mian), both were mediocre. The steamed dumplings (shao loong bao) are quite large but do not contain as much ""juice"" as they should. i recommend trying Green Village Restaurant (Lu Yang Chuen). Both their steamed dumplings and potstickers ooze with juice.

Cons: Misleading name, No juice
