They did a great job replacing the LCD to a Dell inspiron laptop, however it was in the billing and customer service where they lack professionalism, honesty and integrity. Was quoted a price of $794 and by the time everything was said and done, the total to pick up the repaired laptop was $890. They did call and say that it would take an "extra" half hour to finish and "if they should go ahead". But what they failed to quote was the additional $30 they charged for the monitor and refused to deal with my dispute professionally. They basically said "no way". The owner was supposed to call me back, but never did. I would never go back personally even though the job was done right. more
