My husband ordered flowers for me as a surprise, they weren't delivered on the day he requested so he contacted Woodlands Flowers and they stated they had the wrong address. He gave them the correct address and waited. Once again the flowers were not delivered. My husband contacted Woodlands Flowers and cancelled his order. Once again they stated they had the wrong address!! My husband did not receive an apology nor did they seem that bothered that they had made an error or ruined his surprise. Definately will not be using them again.
