While I was attending college this was THE BEST Mexican Restuarant for your money in Whittier. As time passed and ownership changed hands not once but twice the food has suffered. Usually filled with regulars and the occasional visitors just discovering the place for the first time, this is a quaint place where the guy behind the counter knows everyone's name. The chile was usually the reason to go, although the owner's daughter who runs Muchas Gracias on Whittier Blvd. also serves up the same delicious chile. Go there.
