I guess you can say that I am a sushi freak. I have been to many japanese restaurants and this one goes up there on the list of the best. The decor is of a fusion between traditional Japanese and clean-lined modern design. There is a wide variety of food starting from a full stocked fresh sushi bar (the chef says he goes to the fish market daily) and a delightful a la carte menu. The bar is also a plus; there is a large selection of western drinks as well as many different kinds of sake or shochu. I would say that this restaurant is a must-go to all Japanese food lovers and those who may not know much about Japanese food but wish to try something that is authentic and amazing.
Pros: GREAT food, free parking (DTLA), elegant atmosphere
Cons: bit pricey
