I love BBQ and have frequented FDBBQ for years. The ribs are hit and miss - at times inedible; other times eyerollingly good. The concept is original and ok with a buzz on. But the joint has suffered over the years - slipping into the typical tragedies which plague any establishment overwrought by routines of mass consumption. Three napkins; empty sauce bottles; no water unless requested; horrible opening talent, just acceptable food: these things are generally overlooked by the herd masses and their families who dine there at large - but don't fit into my idea of basic dining.
Pros: original idea, good ribs, cost effective
Cons: surburban masses, bad ribs, turning into Denny's
